Michael William Foley, 40, of 309 Kimberly Court, Elizabeth City, N.C. died Monday, Nov. 6, 2006. Mr. Foley was born Feb. 19, 1966 in Los Angeles, Calif. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a firefighter with Portsmouth Naval Regional Fire and Rescue, and a member of Berea Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Elisibeth Lamark Foley. Survivors include his wife, Recail Elena Perry Foley of Elizabeth City, N.C.; sons, Michael Brian Foley and Nicholas Ryan Foley of the home; and his stepdaughter, Kristin Marie Foley of Chesapeake, Va.; and his father and stepmother, David Michael Foley and Meta Foley of Elizabeth City, N.C.
